Most unwelcoming group of people in any fast food restaurant. Nobody greeted us or wanted to help us at the counter. We had to... ask four times if anybody could help us or get someone to take our order. Read more

Horrible customer service. I got home and found out they never gave me the chicken. I spoke to the manager. She was unwilling... to make it right with me. I told them to keep the chicken. I won't ever be going there again. This happened once before andat least the manager was willing to make it right, not this time. Very disappointing!! Read more
Stopped at the only location near us to get my husband his favorite meal chicken. I normally don?t do KFC, know I remember why... not. Too greasy and to much fat on the chicken under the batter. The last time I had KFC was more than a year ago. Read more
Wow? look how delicious this #6 meal is. This looked unappetizing and just ?soggy? no crispy no crust, missing skin, just... horrible, the worst chicken i ever seen in my life. Lol told the girl ?this does not look appetizing and she said ?you wantanother thigh?? Uhhh more like give me a new meal or return money back but i didnt wanna cause a scene. Took it home, threw itin the trash, and made my own chicken. Wished i had time to go in heb to buy a whole cooked chicken, but got a new born babywith me and he wasn?t happy. Wasted 10.27 + gas/time. This is my 4th try, wont be back. Everytime i try them it just gettingworsened. The people that work there are nice, but food wise, save your money and go somewhere else. Literally waited in line for over 30 minutes all to get my order messed up and chicken was all stretchy as it was not cooked... thoroughly bread was hard as a rock I will definitely not be returning here and highly recommend no one comes here at this timeunless you want to be highly dissapointed there was a long line behind me and everyone just straight out left and I do not blamethem!!! Went here last night (Nov. 6) at around 7 p.m. Sat in line for more than half an hour before placing my order for an... eight-piece, to be told it had to be all dark meat. Fine, whatever. So no kidding about another 20 minutes go by, and the kid atthe window pops his head out and says "Hey I had to make it all crispy, hope that's OK." No, it's not OK. If I wanted crispy I'dbe at Chicken Express or Bush's. So he tells me it'll be 10 more minutes and I needed to go ahead and pay. I said no, that I'dcome inside and wait. After waiting another 20 minutes inside with a group of fellow customers all laughing and shaking theirheads at this circus and listening to all the screaming and yelling going on in the kitchen, the young man once again comes totell me it'll all be dark meat and it'll be another 20 minutes. I asked if there was a manager, and another young (high schoolmaybe?) kid goes "Somewhere?" That's when I walked out. I know these are just kids trying to earn a wage, but I'll let my6-year-old fry chicken unsupervised in his underwear before I attempt to revisit this disaster of a franchise again. Read more
