I don?t know if Joe is a magician, a Guardian angel, or just a saint but that was the best service I have every experience! Joe... our server waited for us at the door, sat us down, took our order, COOKED our order, & brought it to us. He made my nightspecial after a long work week. We will go back just for Joe ?? The food was okay as far as taste goes. However my biscuit and gravy I had with my meal as a substitute for my pancakes was not... satisfying as the gravy was cold cold. I asked if it can be thrown in the microwave and the waitress tried to convince me thatit was hot and fresh. I said so why does it seem as if it came right out the fridge? She went into the back and had discoveredthe gravy was made with cold water and not hot. Read more
TERRIBLE service. 1. Location barely had 4 tables and There was nobody to welcome you in. 2. So many staff available just joking... around not taking their job seriously. 3. Did not receive kids menus i had to ask for them. 4. Floor was VERY slippery. 5. Ittook them 15 mins just to bring our drinks out. 6. Their ceiling is filthy and looks like it has mold. We went to this location for the 2nd time and I was very disappointed. First if all: 1. Ceiling tiles are so old and moldy they... seriously need to update this location. 2. We had already waited a while and we were starving, so we bit the bullet and atehere. 3. Our server was amazing, which made everything else seem irrelevant. 4. As you can see by the picture, my son hasspecial needs so he orders the same salad every time and he usually eats every last piece. Not this time! He ate all thetoppings and chicken but left the entire salad. It looked so old he wouldn?t eat it. For him this is rare because he eatseverything. 5. While waiting for our meals there was one waitress that was serving a coke to her table and dropped coke on thefloor. She never bothered to clean it up and another waitress slipped on it but literally held on to the wall to keep herselffrom falling. One of her tables a customer told her she needed to clean up the spilled coke. 6. The same waitress while waitingfor food to be taken out to her table, began throwing some type of food into someone?s mouth like a game. She also had a mouthfull of food while she cleaned up the spilled coke. 7. Overall, I don?t think we?ll be back until things change at thislocation. Read more
Food for family was good. Gluten Free pancakes are great for those with my same issues. Service was slow, but it was Saturday... am and busy. The interior of the restaurant is less than appealing. Very Dated, stained ceiling tile, mold on AC Vents, dirt onfloors... especially during these Covid times, I would recommend that IHOP corporately clean up your restaurants to provide aclean environment for your patrons and staff. IHOP could be so much better of a family experience with clean fresh look. Read more
