We have now been to Gruene River Grill twice and both times it was amazing! Every plate we have tried is absolutely delicious,... always hot and tastes fresh/homemade. Cocktails are top notch. Very clean and up kept. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Wedefinitely found our new favorite restaurant! Read more

This place is quite good. I would highly recommend the pork chops they are enormous. The food is all fresh and delicious. Also... recommend the real made in house Cheese Sticks. The atmosphere is something to behold whether you sit with the river view or inthe old barn. The service is prompt and courteous and the kitchen knows what they are doing. Cannot wait to return! This place is a special charm. From the moment you walk up you can feel the charming atmosphere. Such an inviting outdoor Oasis... that tells of the great history of the city. Clean, beautiful and historic. As you walk in the charm just continues to follow.The building is well kept, very clean and full of history. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. And even if all thatwasn't so, the food is beyond amazing and worth experiencing. Delicious is an understatement. All the different meals wereexceptionally tasteful. Everything was good.
