Cashier had a terrible attitude. They were upset bc I canceled the oat milk that I ordered due to the high price tag of $1.99... to add to my coffee.. she seriously acted like it came out of her own pocket. Thank you to Dunkin' and the management there in New Braunfels who fulfilled a large donut order two mornings in a row and... donated a portion of the donuts for our school's Donuts with Dad event! Hello, I've been a loyal customer for a very long time. Even going out of my way to a DD when this town had none. So I... pre-ordered a drink for from my rewards member app. Mind you this is my Free Birthday gift you all give out yearly. (An amazingthing y'all do to show customers you care) However the management at this particular franchise owned DD restaurant has possiblychanged my mind of loyalty completely. My husband went to try to surprise me to pick up my order which had already been placedthe Night before so I wouldn't have to leave the house for my birthday. The management there refused to except what he wastelling her about the pickup. Refused to look at any confirmation of order. Yelled at him that she didn't have to help him orgive her name told him to leave and slammed the drive thru window in his face. Her actions as "Management " are simplyatrocious. No telling how much business she has lost for this place! Something needs to be done. Not to mention I didn't receivemy drink and it's completely gone in the app. So great birthday to me I guess! I didn't have a good experience that morning. I ordered a Latte and a Kolache but the darn Kolache was all Doughy and heavy and... had a hot dog Weiner inside. Yuck. I then gave it back one of the Managers there that Morning and she just looked at me anddidn't offer me anything else? I had to asked for a donut. Plus I wasnt given back the difference between the price of a Darndonut and Kolache. I won't go back. I use to love Dunkin. I was very dissatisfied. Read more
Customer service is always above and beyond. Coffee is better than most other coffee shops in the city. It is also reasonably... priced. Restaurant is clean and in a convenient location. Do yourself a favor, download the App for Dunkin and save on drinksand even get free treats every now and then. Read more
Should have listened to my wife. She warned me that this location was awful but I came here because the other location was out... of blueberry munchkins (turns out this location was out too). My ham and cheese roll ups looked like they were prepared bysomeone who had completely given up on life (see attached picture). Both of our caramel flavored drinks had no signs of caramelflavor whatsoever. The one thing this location was fully stock up on? Horrible attitude. The girl in the drive through didn'tgive us what we ordered, then rolled her eyes when I pointed out that we were missing items, she claimed I didn't order them, Ioffered to pay for them again and she sighed and said she'd just "give them to me" even though I had already paid for them. A sad excuse for a Dunkin. Service is bad. We didn't get what we ordered...TWICE in one trip and more than once! On one trip... the cream filled donuts were a complete disappointment. (See photo) This is not a review of one trip. This is from severaltrips and I have yet to be satisfied. Read more
