Food was very soggy. Management clearly does care how the food is prepared. One worker showed us how badly molded the food was... and proceeded to tell us that management said cut around it. I wonder why y?all can?t keep worker. So? my family was in town for the MS BIKE Ride?. I called the store to order and was told that I had to order online for... catering.. I ordered $170.00 worth of subs? pick up time they gave me was 12 noon .. I called ahead spoke to a pleasantMs.Ebony.. she advised me that I could indeed pick up my order early since ? when I get there Ms.Ebony wanted to clarify why myfourth sub had on it.. once the confused was cleared up we realized the folks who were there to approve/accept the order wroteto her I had 4 subs with the last sub being half veggie.. however, my order was for 4 platters the 4th platter being half veggie(each platter was to consist of 5 ft long subs).. The ONLY reason they rated a 5 was because Ms.Ebony then turned her entirefocus to us and got the order done. Now let?s talk about bread.. they was two full pans of bread already prepared .. the breadwas either no proofed enough Ms definitely not baked correctly so with the upmost integrity she did not make our subs with thatbread and had to instead proof and bake more therefore there was a lot of customers who were not served.. she nicely explainedthat if they wanted to shop and come back she would gladly serve them.. Ms.Ebony made our order as right as she could with whatshe had to work with.. this would be TOTALLY unacceptable if I was the manager.. though Ms.Ebony was stressed, had to clean,restock and bake bread she still have great customer service? that?s the only reason I didn?t request a refund and go toFirehouse .. I applaud her and if she is not your manager she should be because any manager that lead by example would have hadfolks to scared to leave the next shift in that condition.. Went yesterday 5/7/21 while shopping around 10:50am. Evidently cleaning and door dash customers take priority to customers... standing in front of you in the store. There were two employees one behind the counter and one mopping the floor I was the onlycustomer there along with the door dash driver who wasnt even near the counter and on the phone. Before i could even order oneemployee asked me if i was coming back because they had "a door dash order." So i said ok and go get the rest of my items.(Didnt watch them make the sub) I get home with my order and the sub was about only half right. I ordered toasted.. the breadstuck to the paper. The chicken was cold. Missing one of the vegetables and no sauce. I get better service from the lady who isusually there by herself around lunch time Read more

At least it's clean? The manager isn't versed in DoorDash protocol at all. The order wasn't received on their end but she told... me that she wouldn't make it since she didn't have the ticket (if you're a Dasher you know that we order if the store didn't getthe order) and was ADAMANT that she especially wasn't going to do that if I couldn't pay (it tells you in DoorDash to NOT useyour Red Card). While I step back to call support, another customer comes up and this manager is yelling at her multiple times.Suggestion?- get someone more personable to front your business. Also she wasn't covering her nose with her mask. Read more

Ordered a sandwich through the app. Went to go pick up my sandwich and they had not started making it yet. Employee acknowledged... me and said she would be right with me. Continued to assist other customers even though I got there first. When she finally gotback to me, she said she could not make my sandwich due to meatballs were prepared. They said were supper busy ( all I saw was four customers) and she did not have time to do my order. I asked to speak to a manager. She called her manager who in turn gotnasty with me for complaining. I sat down while waiting for a refund. After thirty minutes of waiting, the employee startedthawing meatballs for my order. I told her I just wanted a refund so I could get back to work.She told me couldn?t do it becauseshe was not a manager. She told me one might be in tomorrow and check then. No food, no refund and a whole lot of an attitude.Employee then told me to leave or be arrested for complaining.I do not blame the employee, she is a product of poor managementoperational neglect.
