My husband and I ordered coffee and food for breakfast on their mobile app. When we arrived, the coffee was ready but the food... was not. We actually had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the food. Meanwhile, multiple orders were completed through thedrive through including orders that were placed after ours. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Theprevious time, we had to leave our order because waiting longer would have caused us to be late for work. 30 minutes for 1 Frappuccino and scone. While there?s a line in drive through , that gets cleared quick as I saw shift change... happen right when I put my order inside. Suggestion: if the manager on the floor cannot manage all areas of the store to gettimes to where they need to be , switch the manager. Drink was made correct though, so thank you for that ? They are always friendly and nice. My only problem is that I add caramel drizzle to my drink (my only modification to a menu... item), and I am charged for it every time, and EVERY time they forget to put it on. I wouldn't mind if the prices weren't sohigh for something I'm not even getting. Read more
Nice and patient staff, clean store, and delicious drinks. I am normally a ?medium black coffee? but wanted to try something new... today. The staff was patient and recommended a delicious alternative. I got the Chocolate sweet cream cold brew. Delicious. Read more
I'm not a coffee drinker so, I used to order a hot tea. But, now they have the Pink Berry Drink! Omgoodness, it's so delicious!... Very very long line at this Starbucks because they're doing a lot of drive-thru service. Place my order for a grande dark roast... pour over, the lady said it would be 5 minutes there were four cars in front of me. I paid for my cup of coffee at 11:29 a.m.was told that the time that she had just started my pour over so had to wait an additional 10 minutes in front of the storedidn't want to stay in line and hold up the window, due to lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer. So totaltime waiting for one cup of coffee for 16 minutes. 6 minutes in line and pour over started once I made it to the window 10 moreminutes waiting for it to be delivered to me in the car. Second time I have had the wrong drink made by them. Asked for a Peppermint Mocha iced mocha latte and the girl at the counter... tried to ring me up for a peppermint white mocha iced mocha latte, then I corrected her and now I have a regular mocha latte.Then when I asked where my food was the lady who made my drink got mad, I just wanted my food and my latte not an attitude.Thank you so much for starting my morning off completely wrong! ????
