My husband and I ordered coffee and food for breakfast on their mobile app. When we arrived, the coffee was ready but the food... was not. We actually had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the food. Meanwhile, multiple orders were completed through thedrive through including orders that were placed after ours. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Theprevious time, we had to leave our order because waiting longer would have caused us to be late for work. 30 minutes for 1 Frappuccino and scone. While there?s a line in drive through , that gets cleared quick as I saw shift change... happen right when I put my order inside. They are always friendly and nice. My only problem is that I add caramel drizzle to my drink (my only modification to a menu... item), and I am charged for it every time, and EVERY time they forget to put it on. I wouldn't mind if the prices weren't sohigh for something I'm not even getting. Read more
