Food was fresh, ordered a 8 piece. We did wait about 5 min at the window and I 2nd one of the reviewers saying the chicken was... Ordered mild fo both dinners and received spicy on both. Mashed potatoes were okay but gravey was bleh.

Food is always great Just REALLY SLOW drive through Average wait time between 20 and 40 minutes. Drive through is the only... option as the dining area is locked up. So no inside dining. Read more

They always forget SOMETHING or completely get ur order wrong!! And don?t even think ab trying to go in to get it fixed because... the doors are locked. So you have to wait in a line of cars wrapped around the building or walk up to the window and wait tilsomeone decides to come to the window. The wait is always at least 20 minutes. When you actually get food the food is pretty good but this place seems to have awful management. It closes at random times,... I've gone when the place is supposed to be open and it's closed. Most recently I drove up to the drive thru ordering menu andthey preceded to just shut all the lights off at 9pm. I've had my online order be given away to a different customer and justgenerally very long drive thru wait times. I want to like this place but it's just run awfully. Read more

I purchased a 12 piece meal on my way home. When I got home and ready to eat, I opened the box and of that 12 piece 6 pieces... were tiny dried up wings. All the chicken was dry and not worth eating. I will definitely not be returning to this place everagain. Read more

(Just get rid of this place). Outside of people needing jobs that's what I would say. May 20th took awhile to get my food 15mins... +. And the receipt is what I ordered...got water instead of lemonade....came back to get the lemonade door was locked to thestore. So I had to go through the line (I skipped the line) because it was long 6 cars got my lemonade to only find out I onlygot 4 tenders, not utensil for my mash and no napkins smh. At that point I'm not going back again. Why the door locked to thestore at 5pm? 8/24/22 Mash tastes like water with gravy...do you need help! I'll work if it will make it better. Read more
