Recommend, have always been fast, friendly and accurate. Since moved to New Bern, we order delivery or pick up from here as... they've been consistent with their food and hrs of operation (as a lot of them change then constantly). They are fast fromordering for both delivery and pick up. Pick up window available through drive-thru for convenience. Read more
Pizza was great, but customer service and delivery was so bad, I had to request my tip money back. Here?s a tip?..when you order... from these people as bad as it sounds, tip in cash after you get reasonable service or give no tip at all. I made a mistake andpaid the tip upfront when I placed the order online. The driver rode by my house several times despite my waving from my doorand her looking right at me. Then when she finally did stop, I got no apology just ?would you like a copy of your receipt?? ThenI called and the manager said that she couldn?t refund or credit my tip money. That?s a lie. Worst place to order from they charged my card then charged at the door. Had to call the police to get my money back. Wish I... could give no stars. I order a Sierra Mist and got a sprite.
