This place was great 6yrs ago when I moved here but has been declining in food quality and customer service for the past 4yrs.... Only reason I continue to go is for the coffee subscription. Just this past Tuesday my family and I tried to give it anothershot and of course it disappointed again. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and the rice was under cooked and the portion wasalmost half what it used to be especially for $10.89. My husbands sandwich looks like it was put together by a toddler and alsolacked in portions, our son had a pizza which was good. This is the only Panera bread I know that is stingy with their almondmilk, it?s only put out at the coffee station on weekends when they get their after church crowds. Read more
UPDATE: I went in to speak with Manager Makayla, and she handled everything with such amazing care. She made me 2 fresh salads... that were gorgeous and filled the package they came in. And also gave me a voucher. This was handled even better than Iimagined, I was just looking for a refund. PLUS, she had the kindest demeanor and wanted to do what she could. Thank you somuch!!! ???????- EVERYTIME I come to this Panera, something is wrong with my order. Like they forgot the dressing, or no chickenon my $13 Green Goddess salad, or chips instead of bread, or no utensils, etc. I?m not talking sometimes, I mean all the time. Read more
I've been getting the eggwhite avocado and spinach sandwich for awhile now. It's been great until last week. Last week I got one... and there was no spinach or eggwhite on it. I didn't complain because stuff happens and just thought it was an oversight. Iordered one today and asked that they just make sure that the whole sandwich was there. I got home, started eating it andrealized there was no avocado on this one and the eggwhite was all in little pieces falling off the sandwich and the tomatoeswere rotten. I?ll join the other negative comments. Almost $9.00 for half cold sandwich . Forgot to order it on toast. Even the bread was... cold. I even noticed that management never makes comments after a review. What a terrible experience. P.S. Coffee had beenin the pot for a while. Should have gone to Carolina Bagel. Read more
I was absolutely shocked after ordering 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 teas, $31.00!!!!!! I could gotten a meal and appetizer at... Roadhouse for that much and the sandwich was not even that good. I don't even know what was on it. We must be paying for thefancy box they come in. Lesson learned Read more
I am a fan of Panera Bread but not their prices or how they have downsized their servings (especially for the price). Everyone... here is very friendly and the service is always excellent. I love their soups but wish they would keep them all, year-round.I've only had a couple mistakes made when we went through the drive-thru and they are very good about getting you the correctfood. The food I ordered came out quickly and the Asian girl working at the drive-thru was so kind. She make me want to go back there.
