Horrible experience. We ordered our food online, everything was wrong. The food was dry and had no flavor. The teriyaki chicken... was burnt and black. Ordered chow mein noodles with beef and broccoli, the noodles were dry of any sauce and there was maybe 4little pieces of beef in the entire meal. It had a chewed up appearance to it. Only edible thing we got was fried rice and thatwas with two 2 entree 1 side meals. Even our drinks were wrong. We ended up with diet drinks, and we ordered cherry coke. Read more
We have been eating at Panda Express for 8 months and the drink machine has been out of order for 1 month. The Sprite has been... out of order for 8 months. Also, they are always out of the walnut shrimp during the lunch time. We enjoy eating here and thestaff is very nice but management needs to be aware of equipment issues and make adjustments. Asked for the chicken breast and only got green beans with one very small piece of chicken. I did not get the young lady?s... name. She had glasses on, perhaps light pink. She was also working drive thru. It seemed like she was picking the beans out. Ilike them, but some chicken would have been nice! Read more
So i got a coupon in the mail for a 2 entre dinner and with coupon get 3rd entree free. I explained that at the drive thru... order screen and made my choices. At the pay and pick up window they were gonna xharge me for a 3 entre meal rather than 2 witha free entree coupon. I had to specifically request the charge be modified or they would have ignored their own coupon. Read more
Good food, good service and fairly fresh. Have gone throughout times of day different days and have only encountered one time... when items were limited or out of fountain drinks but for most part has always been delicious and fresh. Restaurant was cleanedand well kept and service was quick and friendly. Good size outdoor sitting and indoor as well. Read more
The young lady at the counter was very helpful including telling us if we wanted something that was not available at the... counter, they would fix it with just a few minutes wait. The Beijing Beef had a wonderful crunch to the texture but the saucewas very sweet and over powered what little flavor was there. The onions were well cooked at just past crisp tender. Thegrilled teriyaki chicken was a bit odd. The chicken had a very fatty layer through each piece and I could barely detect theteriyaki flavor. The noodles were quite heavy and chewy as opposed to the light and soft we're accustomed to. As served, thefood was below average and lacking in flavor. Read more
