First time there and had their McAllister club wrap and It was mediocre at best. In terms of flavor it was very boring to eat... and on top of that there was hardly anything in it. They should've used a smaller wrap since there was so much excess. I wouldargue subways wraps are more filling. I haven't tried anything else on their menu but my first impression is they serve you barminimum for maximum price. Read more
Ordered the Angus club sandwich online for curbside pickup... Without horseradish, but changed to nothing else. The sandwich... came with no condiments whatsoever (luckily we had our own at the office). It also came partially toasted ,partially nottoasted... One entire layer of the sandwich was nothing but bread and one thin slice of tomato. Terrible quality for the priceyou pay. First time here... Will also likely to be the last. Read more
Last night, I received EXCELLENT customer service from Nate and Angel. Nate said, he is the sandwich maker. When I got my... sandwich, it looked like a sandwich prepared for an advertisement. Not only did it look great, the taste mirrored the greatness!Nate, also took our order and was very patient with us, as he was performing in a role he doesn?t normally, perform. He did agreat job as the cashier, as well. Angel?s customer service was extraordinary. As we walked in the door, we she gave us a warmwelcome. Angel was very accommodating to our needs and checked back to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourmeal. From the time we entered the door to the time we left, the service was impeccable! Also, the restaurant was very clean. Itwas the best service, I have received since the pandemic; and I am not an easy person to please when eating out. I won?tcomplain, but I will just leave the restaurant if the service is not good or the restaurant is not clean. I experienced anamazing welcome to New Bern from Nate and Angel! Please reward the both of them for ensuring they represented McAllister?s Deliwith presenting us with a WOW experience, as they, exhibited the expertise in their roles. Club sandwiches was on point & potato soup was really good also.
I've been 3 times. The first 2 was great withe fresh, fast food. Service was on point and place was clean. The second time the... food was not as fresh or as fast (this time there wasn't even as many customers, so that can't be an excuse for slow service).The servers this trip never walked around to check on us. I hate to say this but why did they even ask for a tip? All they didwas take my order. This trip the guy at the register didn't know any of the answers I asked about the orders. And wouldn't turnaround to ask the cooks to find out. They were out of 3 items I asked for, one of which they told me about After I paid. Thefood was...well...gross... sorry to be blunt. It was on days old bread it was the French Dip. The meat was so cold the squarecheese they put on top didn't melt all the way. I tried 3 bites and had to stop yuk enough. The pickle was good ????. The girl cashier was GREAT today!! OUTSTANDING customer service. The man that was behind her with his hood on running food was... rude, snippy and was cursing loud enough for me to hear from my table across the restaurant. He gave us no utensils, no napkinsand gave us an attitude when asked for them and a box like we were bothering him. On the other hand the food was good a littlepricey but worth it. I will definitely walk out if he's working on my next visit. Read more
