Used to order from here all the time. It has gone south the last year or so. I don't even order anything fancy, just the spicy... sandwich as it comes, and they always forget the hot peppers. Haven't been there in months, thought I'd try out again today andsame thing. Tried to call them and let them know but it goes straight to voicemail. Went at 6:30 Thursday evening. I said I'd like two 8 inch subs. The guy holds up a 8 inch and said "this is the only one we have... right now, we have to bake more". I said "are you telling me you only have ONE sub bun?" He said "yes, it will be about an hourbefore we'll have more". Unbelievable. Read more
Took about hour to get my two subs delivered. The bread was stale on both subs, One of the subs was done incorrectly. They seem... to have quality control issues at the moment. Called the store 3 times but their phone just rang and eventually went tovoicemail. Maybe better luck going to pick up the subs; delivery was definitely not freaky fast nor freaky good. Read more

Ordered from here almost every day I worked for a year straight when I worked in New Bern. Ingredients were fresh and service... was prompt. My only regret is that they don?t have an option to ask for an Arnold Palmer on their app, even though they carryboth tea and lemonade. Appreciate this establishment! Read more
I used to think Quiznos made the best sub, that was until Jimmy John's came and took where our Quiznos had closed down. Jimmy... John's bread is by far my favorite part, everything is made as you order and with the best brands and freshest ingredients.Definitely worth trying if you are wanting a sub. Read more
