Went during a dinner rush. The manager was so motivating to her team, telling them we got this y?all are doing great. The staff... didn?t get overwhelmed and kept pushing through. I love Jersey Mike's Subs, but the customer experience at this location is terrible. Time for a secret shopper from corporate to... come down and check into what is going on at this location. Additionally, I am sick and tired of being asked multiple times if Iwant mayo or mustard on my Italian Sub, especially after saying I want it 'Mike's Way'. After saying I wanted my sub 'Mike'sWay', the employee continued (3 more times) to ask me if I wanted mayo or mustard on my sub. I almost walked outside to checkthe name of the shop on the sign, maybe I walked into a Subway or Jimmy Johns. I go to Jersey Mike's because of the Italian Suband getting it Mike's Way.
