On line order, the food was cold, but still good. Because it was delivered, it was the most expensive Burrito I ever had... ... Not feasible to have delivered. Just my opinion. The Dash Driver was nice. I did not put a tip on my order because I tip thedrivers when they get here. But a $3.00 tip for Driver was added by Panera (I am guessing). Not sure how it was placed... Idid add to the tip when food arrived because I know the cost of gas. Read more

Service was mid. I eat Chipotle on the regular. The portion of protein that was placed into my burrito was small compared to the... usual scoops. I asked the guy to add a little more. The manager stepped in and ask if I wanted more?I said yes. They charged mefor a second portion of protein. $20+ For a burrito!!!! No sides or a drink?I did add guacamole. Crazy!!!! Read more

I have always loved Chipotle in California especially, it was my favorite place ever and I was soo excited to be close enough to... get a burrito. But I was severely disappointed. The food wasn't terrible but it wasnt good, but the staff was terrible it wasprobably the worst experience ive ever had. If it was my store i would fire everone and close my doors immediately. I run tworestaurants locally and if I had let that happen at my restaurant I would shut it down immediately! (As a restaurant owner i wasembarrassed to eat there) They acted like it was a problem to serve me. That one experience took me from my favorite place everto I will never be back again. Read more

I have been to this chipotle multiple times and they?ve always allowed me to get the veggies on the side allowing me to heat up... the rice and meat when I get home considering I live 30 minutes away, but I just left and they charged me for 2 bowls, becausethey claimed they have to ring it up that way but this is the first time I?m being told this, so I don?t know what changed inthe last couple days but I will not be going back, the manager or the shift lead was rude and not willing to change anything,and basically told me it wasn?t her problem. Highly recommend going to a different chipotle. Read more

The avocado guacamole was brown-ish not green. They said it had been made fresh that morning, so I got it anyway as avocados can... turn brown in a minute. The guac tasted way off, so I had to get a refund. The worst part was - they continued to serve the samebatch of guac to their customers. They could have made someone sick. Awful management. 3/10, the toilet looked as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Does service as an emergency #1 call, but no sitdown... potty breaks here. TP isn't the cheapest but also not the greatest, but what's the point if it's too dirty to do the #2 anyways Read more

Went here last night at 9:40. I was greeted with blanked steers from one of the staff on the serving line. It was clear that she... had already started cleaning everything up and she did not want to pull stuff back out. She gave me some bottom of the pan ricethat appeared that it had been there since lunch. They had no steak and didn?t plan on making anymore. All of the toppings werepulled out of the bays and covered with plastic. She grimiest as she pulled it back for each one I requested. Then when I said Ineeded to eat in she rolled her eyes and said they were closing to soon. I told her I would be done before closing and proceededto eat my food. Meat tasted like it had just come out of a cooler. The dish was something the God Father would serve to hisenemies. I might return but it will never be an hour before they close. If people don?t want to work close just tell someone.Most of the staff seemed fine with being there but one person acted as it they were closed already. I spent $30 and it was atotal waste. I don't post bad things because everyone has bad days. But this 4th experience of frustration was the final straw. Repeatedly... I've come to this specific location, as I love Chipotle. At this location, they are "Out of.. " important things like, chicken,cheese, lettuce, chips, tortillas, forks, etc. Today was no different. It was 2 pm and they were out of important ingredientsfor a restaurant to run successfully. The staff was inaudible, mostly because of the masks (which I understand is necessary andout of their control.) But, when asked to speak louder, an eye roll is not acceptable from not 1 employee, or the 3 who wereclearly frustrated with our entrance into the restaurant overall. They screwed up my order of barbacoa tacos, by forgetting toput barbacoa meat on the tacos. I didn't see this, as I was trying to hear the Employee who was whispering, while asking meabout my daughter's order. The tables were filthy and there was no where to sit. 3 of the drink options were out of order. Thesweet tea was clear sugar water, with no actual coloring of tea being in the container at all. I recognize that sometimesthings just don't go well. And being able to give people/businesses grace, is an important life skill I try to instill in mychildren. But as I stated before, this was my 4th experience at this specific Chipotle, finding nothing but frustration.Today's visit will also be my last. Read more
