Reviews for Chick-fil-A in New Bern, NC

I don't usually do reviews but when it's the third time this month that the same Chick-fil-A can't get my order right. What's so... hard about number 2 spicy deluxe sandwich. I didn't receive it two time had to go back and get my order fixed also wait. Then Ireceived a different chicken sandwich today that was grilled instead. I don't like grilled chicken sandwich so trash and a wasteof my money not happy at all and a waste of food. It was too late for me to go back this time to get it fixed. Read more

The ordering and server service was top-notch as always. What surprised me was how "meh" the food was. This is the first time... I've *ever* had a not-great meal at any Chick-Fil-A restaurant. And I've eaten at many of them over the years in multiplestates. I arrived at 7:15 pm at this location 26 August 2022. The car lines were long, as expected, and also moved steadilyalong. After I got my meal order at the drive-through window, I drove two miles to my destination to eat what I'd ordered. WhatI did *not* expect, is cold, limp fries and a sandwich that was barely warm. Big disappointment! My guess is that whoever wasrunning the kitchen that evening had many commonly ordered items bagged up and ready for a server to pick up and hand throughthe drive-through in an effort to speed up the process. Unfortunately, guys, by doing that it means the food is cold and notthat great for the customer. I ate the meal since I'd paid for it, but I didn't enjoy it much. Read more

The food is good as expected with Chick-fil-A. We ordered ahead which helped with our time in line. I will say the location for... this one is not as convenient as others. They on had one drive thru lane and that really causes an issue with traffic. Otherthan that we had a great experience. Read more

No handicap parking and or any customer parking available for dining in at this facility during my visit and this appears to be... the normal policy for most chick fil a since Covid-19. This facility is requiring all customers to park in mall parking lotacross the street and or utilize curb side or drive through. Read more

Always delicious, always freshly prepared and the best service of any fast food restaurant. And the dining room is now open!

Recommend! Always fast, friendly and accurate! They are always crazy busy but they manage to get you through and fresh everytime... in a manner of 10 to 15 mins. Recommend a visit soon. Only services available as of 01/09/22 are drive-thru and curbside asdining room is closed. Read more
