I orders a cheeseburger with only ketchup and mayo and a Lg Sprite. I was handed a small Sprite and I told the big lady at the... window I had ordered a large and she got an aggressive and called me stupid. I normally have a great experience. However, this particular day was awful. The young lady at drive-thru was NOT friendly & when... I asked for ketchup she did not respond, just turned around & grab some & put it in the bag. I said, Thank you & she turnedaway. So I said it again & she just nodded. Didn't even take the time to open her mouth. Nothing about her said customerservice. I went to Burger King drive thru today! Ivonna was absolutely the sweetest and was so respectful! I asked her to please give me... another bag because I want to feed the homeless lady in her van with A big sign saying homeless. Ivonna, went in her pocket andsaid I have few dollars please give to her! What A wonderful young lady. I was so touched by this young lady. You?ve A sweet andamazing young lady working for you. I was in a hurry to get back to work. The drive through was slammed. 3 customers inside and I wait 10 minutes during the lunch... hour for a dry burned piece of fish. I didn't bother to even take it back or complain. I was that disgusted. Read more
