Do NOT come here. The food and drink here is absolutely disgusting. I got myself a Whopper Jr and the meat was undercooked and... the onion was also undercooked. The fries were okay but soggy. I also got myself a coke and it didn't even taste like coke. Itjust tasted like water and an awful bit of sprite. There was also a burning smell in the atmosphere that smelled like burningplastic.Will not be ever coming back here. I don't recommend this place at all and seriously don't come here. Read more

We stopped in the Jamestown site for two coffees. A customer ahead of us placed his order and the employee rounded his cost up... as she said that she had no change. My wife and I ordered our two coffees and the employee rounded our order up to $3, noexplanation of the change shortage. His order came out and was given to us? We asked him to see if it was his order. It was andhe took it. We waited and waited for a very long time for our two coffees. An employee saw us waiting, ask us what we we?rewaiting for and said the coffee was brewing. So, we waited even more time. No coffee, no employee at the counter, nothing for atleast 15 minutes. We left without our coffee. Will NEVER visit the Jamestown Burger King again! Read more
I opened my burger and there was a hair and what looked like smeared slobber all over it. Also, they put mustard and ketchup all... over the outside of it. If I could give no stars I would. Please don?t eat here. It?s horrible. I?ve never seen anything likeit. Read more
If I could give it a minus 5 I would. My whopper had an unidentifiable bun, no lettuce (others had a dribble not brown and... rotted slimey lettuce) and looked more like a cheeseburger Without the cheese. The onion rings and french fries were all piecesfrom the bottom of the tray. Just way to much bad food in one meal and a complete waste of $50. My spicy nuggets were so overcooked and severely dehydrated that they almost broke everyone's teeth. I spent $50 and that was with coupons for my son'sbirthday. I won't go back as long as the MANAGER isn't running this place properly and definitely isn't showing or taking anypride in this place. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AND HIS INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD. Read more
Two bites in and I can't find the meat in this Whopper Jr. Jr is definately the word. And my Dr Pepper drink tastes just like... sweet tea, wanted to throw up. Fries were good. Staff definately not friendly. Read more
Burger King in James city, staff extremely rude unprofessional. Drive thru window shut in our faces while we were still speaking... the manager that was on duty is the person who shut the window, so we couldn?t file a complaint properly. The manager on dutythought it was funny we another employee was being unprofessional and rude. Read more
