I wish there was a zero stars option because this place is in the negatives for customer service. To the older blonde at the... register that is named here multiple times for her lack of respect to customers?I think you should self-reflect on how you treatothers, there seems to be a pattern. She was flat and condescending from the register greeting, apparently my ticket was notpassed down to the one that makes the food creating a prolonged waiting time. When I went to counter to inquire I was ignored.My mother is wheelchair bound and she looked at both of us like third-class citizens-not sure if is was due to her disabilitybut her personality was less than desired. Her rudeness was so blatant that another customer commented on how we were treated.On a side note, the food was less than average. No soap in ladies bathroom during a pandemic. Read more

We used to eat here all the time but stopped going and will never go there again. Every time we have gone there, the food is... delicious but the attitudes, especially from the blonde lady, are horrible. They act like you are putting them out by themhaving to make your food. This is such a hit-or-miss kind of place. Sometimes you?ll get great, outstanding tasting food; and sometimes you?ll find a hair... in your pizza. Sometimes you?ll be blessed with having costumer service by the older man working there; or your whole mood willbe altered by the grouchy older lady. I love big apple and their food -mostly. But after multiple times of me going there andeither being greeted by a rude person or having hair in my food, I don?t think we will be going back. Read more
I usually like to see my slices before putting my money down, and they didn't have any out, so I asked if they had slices and... she said that they did. All righty then... so I took my chances and ordered two pepperoni and mushroom slices. The result wasgood pepperoni but the mushrooms were just canned that had been heated up a bit. That's understandable on short order, but if Ihad seen that mushrooms were not really an option I would have known better. At least they were easy to remove! Other thanthat, it's fine. Read more
