I used to enjoy going to this restaurant, but an experience I had today has soured me on the establishment. I had in hand a... coupon from a local publication indicating I could receive 1/2 off on a lunch combo. My wife and I ordered from the lunch combomenu, but when I went to pay, I noticed that the price was higher than that listed on the menu. The reason? It was a Sunday andthe very fine print on the menu indicates that lunch combos are only available Monday through Saturday. Worse, the fellow at theregister would not accept my coupon, even at the higher price, despite the fact that there was no indication that it was notvalid on Sunday. I blame the server to some extent for not pointing out that the lunch combos were not available on Sunday.All-in-all, a very disappointing experience and an example of poor customer relations. There is always that one waitress who has attitude and snatches the menu from our hands. Everyone has a bad day but come on,... everytime? Nah. Been there probably 5 or 6 times in the past two months...same thing each time. El Cerro is not much, if anybetter. Just tired of the attitudes. Read more

First time at Arturo?s. The food was surprisingly good. Generous portions, great taste, nice presentation. The Nachos de Mar is... especially recommended. Sometimes they have a bartender, sometimes they don?t. If they don?t, your only cocktail will beMargaritas. The Margaritas are awesome, but the substantial bar is wasted. Your food comes all at once. If you order appetizers,salads or soups hold off ordering your entree until you are ready for it. You are the brakes here. The deserts, if you have anyroom left are awesome. Read more

My husband and I went Saturday, November 20th. There was only one server and she was running as fast as she could and took care... of everyone of the tables. It was awesome service considering the amount of people she was taking care of. I didn't get hername, wish I had. The food, as always, was so good. Amazing service, great food, fantastic price! What's not to love? Restaurant was very clean, and the margarita was perfect. They... do really make the most of the space. It's a lot more impressive than it looks from the road so definitely give it a chance. Iused to go to the Mexican restaurant over by Cookout, but this is hands down my new place.
