Shrimp croquet and cod fish fritter for an appetizer, then a Super Bock beer with fish & chips for lunch was perfect!

If I could rate it - 5 stars I would we spent $102. The steak was dry and flavorless the fish and fried clams were soggy.... Portuguese food is delicious and flavorful this was trash. Don't waste your money! Read more

When I searched "best Portuguese Restaurants " in New Bedford, this Place was on top 5,and I decided to order take out for... two. Let's just say I will not be coming back again. The food was tasteless. My seafood rice tasted like cardboard. Read more

I frequent Antonio's both for in house and take out dining. They're famous for large portions of savory Portuguese food. Their... seafood paella is a must try! Fresh fish dishes and great steaks all done in the tradition of great Portuguese grandmothercooking. The best part is that this is one of the most reasonably priced restaurants in the area. My wife and I shared the cod cake and quahog appetizers. The cod cake was delicious, but the stuffed quahog had too much... stuffing for my liking. The entrees however were outstanding. My wife's broiled scallops were savory and sweet. They wereaccompanied with delicious round potato fries and steamed broccoli. My seafood paella was massive chock full of seafood -- tastyclams, lobster, mussels, scallops and shrimp. It was served piping hot and also had beef and chicken in it. I also had a sideorder of the round potato fries. We also enjoyed an affordable Casal Garcia Vinho Verde. Portions were quite large; our serverDelilah was extraordinary and the food quality was remarkable. Can't wait to get back here and enjoy this amazingcuisine. Note: Pics taken were of the leftover paella and fries. Read more

We have been going to Antonio's for years. The best Portuguese food in the area. Come hungry and bring friends to help you eat... all the food. Portions are huge and very reasonable. Make sure you leave room for the tiramisu and flan, as pictured, they areamazing. Read more
