Horrible costumer service!! Got the 11 piece family bundle and was told it was going to be an 8 min wait for mild chicken. After... waiting for over 30 min I walked in. They had no spicy chicken which we found out after we paid. They then finally hand us thebag after saying ?sorry? we were waiting on the chicken. Cody Nuggent is the manager when I advised the order we placed online and had delivered was incorrect he told me to come in. I... paid for delivery I explained and his attitude was that it was the driver's fault. No Cody it was your staff that got it wronginstead of being a good leader and manager your response was to blame someone who was not at fault in from of the employeeswhich further promotes a bad consumer experience - terrible management the franchise and owners and the consumer all suffer .On a high note the chicken was good hence 2 stars. This was my first time to this New Baltimore Popeyes location. I had a craving for some fried chicken. I shouldn't of stopped. ... The breading was tasteless. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese with the 2 piece meal and that was disgusting! I even tried theirapple pies, which had hardly any filling and no taste! The biscuit was the best part of my meal. Love the chicken sandwiches! I've went there and had to wait at the drive through window to flag a worker down when they were... open and not currently serving any customers..There mic wasn't on to take drive through orders. When I went inside a few daysago I waited 15 minutes for an order that was placed 20 minutes before hand. Service is lacking but overall a nice place to eat. Read more
