Extremely rude and confrontational behavior by the guy at the cash register who actually came around and confronted my husband... physically just because my husband hard suggested that they could have handled a mistake they made much better. Terrible customer service. They don't tend to Uber drivers. They don't help you get your order out to get to the customer fast.... They ignore your standing there and make everyone's else's drinks except for the simple uber order. Read more

I know they just heat up the food but they way overheated my sandwhich making it so hard I couldn't eat it then laid it on top... the unicorn cakepop and melted it making that so messy it was not edible also. Read more

New Albany east. Starbucks is by far my fave Starbucks. They always make my drink perfectly, and I'm kind of annoying with my... order. Always out of there fast. Staff is always really friendly. Line was very long in the drive-thru so I decided to go inside instead. I ordered one small hot chocolate (nothing special or... off menu) and I was told it would be "just a minute" for my order.
