The cashier Kathy is rude. I went in today for coffee and a sandwich, when I went up to order she immediately had a bad... attitude, when I asked if they had a certain type of sandwich she pointed to the display fridge and said ?if it?s not there wedon?t have it?. I then replied oh yay you have it can I have..? but I was not able to finish my sentence as she rudely said ?youneed to get the sandwich so I can scan it, there is no other way for me to put it in the system.? Which I don?t think is rightbut alright. Lastly I wanted to order a drink and I know they have their own names for cup sizes but I?m not familiar with them.When I said I wanted a medium, she raised her brow, looked at one of her co-worker and gave me my total. She did not give me myreceipt, as I asked and then pointed to the opposite side of the store then said wait for your name to be called and begankindly speaking to the gentleman behind me. I keep trying to like this location but today was another poor execution. Waited and waited for my cafe order. Everyone in my... group had received their order and I waited 15 more minutes. Finally I have to stand in line to inquire. They placed my order inthe wrong side for online order pickup. She hands it to me and it is cold. I asked if she could make it again and waited 15 moreminutes. Everyone in my group was well ready to leave by the time it was ready 40 minutes after ordering. Full fail. Read more

This place is awesome! The baristas are so helpful and amazing, and I love the atmosphere! Even though they're currently out of... blonde espresso (which is my favorite kind of espresso), they still did their best to make it a wonderful experience and offerthe most similar roast for me. Tried to have a business meeting in there. The time I went in to sit down there where so many high school kids. It was so loud... back of my chair kept getting hit or kicked just too busy. I never even placed an order just overwhelming. Read more
