The customer service here is great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The latte however... was not good. The espresso was weak and the milk was way over frothed. The drink was served in a tall mug and was warm not hot.I believe the espresso machine is automated not manual which would explain the quality. Overall our visit was decent. Read more

Perfect neighborhood coffee shop with a friendly atmosphere and delicious homemade biscuits, pastries and breakfast items!

Whatever crew was working this morning 8/22/22 at noon had piss poor attitudes. There was a young woman with a ponytail that was... extremely rude to my daughter ( she?s 10) when she was ordering her drink. We definitely won?t be returning to this place, ifyou don?t like your job ?.. Quit. No one asked you to be a inconsiderate barista.I get people have bad days, but don?t bringthat into your work place. Pros: Nice little walk up window, vegan options available. Cons: Coffee and food are not very good, communication is... terrible. Coffee is mediocre but not out of the ordinary in Columbus. Many people will enjoy the improper coffee to milk ratioin the latte. Vegan options are essentially flavorless and was served on a biscuit that tasted as if it was made with staleflour. A sprinkle if salt would have gone a long way in enhancing the flavor. Communication is awful, as seems to be the casewith many businesses these days. First, the menu on the online ordering system does not match that posted on the website. Theonline system also charges tax (which means I reduce my tip) and quoted a pickup time of 30-50 minutes AFTER i completed theorder. Second, I tried to call the store to cancel my order but no one answered the phone. Instead I was subject to a messagethat the restaurant was closed until Jan 3. Obviously this is an old message so it needs to be changed. How difficult is that?Especially if you will not answer your phone, you better be sure your message is accurate and up to date. Overall I do notappreciate inconsistent information- will it really be 30-50 minutes? Are they open or not? JUST BE CLEAR! So since I could notget ahold of anyone I was forced to show up at the restaurant. Turns out my order was ready after all. That is all fine anddandy but ETA on pickup time is a major factor in food ordering decisions so it needs to be right and it needs to be statedupfront- before putting in credit card info and completing the order. Iced Salted Carmel Cuban is the iced coffee I dream about. Perfect flavors, unique taste, and the ice cubes are made from... coffee! I also had a vegan sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The sausage they use is DELICIOUS! I could have passed on the veganegg and cheese. Of course, I'm not vegan, just trying to go dairy-free. But the biscuits was good! Must visit. The fact that they have seating inside and out, have a walk up to-go bar, serve food items and don?t close till 10p... ? is amazing for any coffee shop in general, let alone the New Albany area. They just opened this location. The vibes insideare chill and the drinks are good. Will be returning to try out more of the menu. Read more
