My dissatisfaction comes from receiving hot (spicy) chicken when we DID NOT request/order it. We ordered a mix of crispy and... original , at NO POINT did we say we wanted spicy anything! My mother worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Memphis Tennesseeacross from the old sears back in the 70?s so much has changed since those years. Read more
Manager needs to keep employees better stocked. Not enough supplies for a whole days work, came up at 9pm - one hour before... closing - no chicken for the chicken sandwich nor the famous bowl. Not mad at the employees for this bc it's out of their hands. Read more
This was terrible! We ordered from the drive thru and we're the only ones there. Got our order and left only to discover they... hadn't given us any of the dipping sauces we asked for, no ketchup for our fries and no napkins! I mean, this is just crazy. Howdo you ask if we need these things and then not put them in the bag. Plus, we had to pull up and wait on our food. Fine, I'drather wait on fresh food than stale food that's been in the warmer for hours. Well, that wasn't the case. My chicken stripswere old, cold and had some kind of line indentured into it like it was the bottom of the stack. Plus it had a pale color to theoutside and the taste was bad! My fries were soggy, and when I say soggy I mean it was like they fldropped them in a sink ofwater! I refused to eat it, any of it! That turned me off of KFC for a while! Sorry but you need employees who care about whatthey are selling and not just a paycheck! Read more

Food was awesome. We got the buffet and it was definitely worth the money. The bread pudding was rather bland though but a... refreshing change from the norm. The staff was very polite and friendly but you could tell they were tired. The manager wastotally wonderful and forgiving of my foot in mouth issue and totally made this trucking teams night. Can't wait to comethrough again. Read more
