I usually go for breakfast so I really can?t comment on the lunch. The food comes out fast and hot. They have a pretty good... variety for a good price. Being on the go headed to work this is always a good choice. No one is perfect and one day they got myorder wrong. I did call and they fixed it up for me with no issues. They far exceeded my expectations and didn?t give me a hardtime about it. Thanks to all the team members for going the extra mile and above and beyond making my day! Worst food ever ???? we asked for two chicken sandwiches and one only with ketchup and cheese both came that way and the fries... were not even done the cookies were burnt tasting as if they put them in the microwave and didn?t look like the picture, wouldreally like our money back Read more
Awful experience. Food order was all wrong fries were literally to salty to eat. Terribly disappointed.
Im starting to think that new albany has settled for less for way to long. Jacks is just another restaurant with pathetic... service. Food isn't great, just mediocre, but the service can't even match that. I placed a 30 dollar order on the internet,supposed to be ready in 10 minutes.i got there and waited, and waited, and waited some more, 40 minutes. My order was setting onthe counter the whole time, in plain sight, even got moved while they looked for it. I finally get my order, cold of course,because it was sitting next to the drive thru window for longer than 45 minutes, and when I open the bag, not one item wascorrect. NOT ONE!!! Order strawberry pie, it was Apple. Cokes were all diet. Sausage egg and cheese biscuits minus egg on 2, eggand cheese on the others. 4 orders of hash browns left off order and on and on. Every item in the order was wrong. During mystay at Jacks restaurant and short term living area, 8 people had to come in from the drive thru for missing items. How are anyof these jokes for restaurants staying open? We deserve better. We pay for not only food, we also pay for the service, and we'regetting robbed. Read more
Efficient and friendly as always. That New Albany store hired the right kind of people as swore to above. And that $6 for two... burgers may seem more for less. But quite the opposite. Them burgers are huge, and double patties! And NOW they've gone trulysouthern with the variety of baloney sandwiches. Looking forward to trying them out next time. And 2 for $6, a crew can pay alittle, get a lot, and feed everyone. Read more

First and last.. $14 for 2 meals. The chicken was good and the bread had a good flavor. For a piece of chicken on bread with... Nothing on it! Waited 15 mins for our order, didnt even get the ketchup I nicely asked for! Sucks considering we were doing a 15hour drive. Read more
