The Wendy's on Charlestown Road in New Albany Indiana is a great fast food restaurant to experience. The employees were... courteous, professional and fast expediting food to customers. The food my fiancé and I ordered was to our specifications, at awarm enough temperature and served fast with a smile. The restaurant was clean and swept. They do an amazing job preparing thefood and serving it to there customers fast and the way you ordered it. Commendable! Read more

Stay away from this place. Their prices keep going up, the staff makes mistakes frequently. Their chili has no meat in it and... tastes like it only has tomato juice in it. When I complained to the Manager(?) stopped flipping hamburgers when I complainedand said he?d let the Manager know. Their only priority is keeping inept staff, concentrate on the drive-rerun only and onlyworry about the bottom line. No dining in. Food was definitely hot and delicious. Taco said is very good. In picture I added extra salsa and cheese but not... really needed. Read more

We've been to this Wendy's several times in the last couple months and the food is usually pretty good. My complaint is the... person(s) who are taking the orders for the drive-thru have been abrupt and slightly rude that last 2 times I've been there,despite me being polite and respectful. I do understand that rude customers can make the day go rough and so I am patient andkind regardless. However, when I get to the window to receive my order, both times the ladies have again been rude, handed thebags to me in a rough way and then shut the window before I can even say thank you. With this happening twice in a row now (2different ladies), it's a little off-putting to me and honestly makes me dread coming here. My husband loves Wendy's and wantsto go at least once a week, but I have begun asking him to choose someplace else because I don't like dealing with rudeemployees. (The young gal that works the payment window has always been funny and super polite to us, though.) Again, I'mtrying to be understanding and kind, but if I'm not the one who put them in a bad mood then why treat me like I did? Not surewhen we'll be back again because the last time my husband saw (and heard) it firsthand so he knows that I'm not being dramatic.I don't like leaving negative comments, but I feel like others need to be aware of how they might be treated at this place. Just went to the Wendy?s in new Albany and it?s absolutely garbage. I got 3 ordered of biscuits and gravy and I got biscuits... with a pinch of gravy. My wife got a bacon chicken sandwich, it didn?t have the bacon and the chicken tasted like death. Theonly thing that was done right was the seasoned potato fries. Read more

2 days in a row I tried to eat at this Wendy's and was unable to because they had the lobby shut down for some unknown reason.... But the day that I did eat here was very good. The food was made well and the mango pineapple lemonade was great. Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, got up to the speaker and the lady told me that her system ?crashed? and that it was... going to be 10-15 minutes. So I told her that was okay and I?ll just wait at the menus. She told me I couldn?t do that so Ipulled back around and then got in the back of the line. Meanwhile I watched 3-4 employees walk out for a smoke break. When Igot up to the menu to order she told me it was going to be 10 to 15 minutes still but said that I am welcomed to park in the lotand wait 10-15 minutes. 10-15 minutes later she told me that the system was down and that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes forthem to reboot a computer I guess. At this point I already wasted so much time that I just gave up. So two things could havebeen happening? 1. She lied and for some reason literally everyone went on a lunch break at the same time. Or 2. Their systemwent down and instead of taking cash only they turned everyone away. Either option shows bad management, just saying. Read more
