The young lady manager was borderline rude. Two different types of bread are no longer on the menu. I didn't know that until I... asked for each, and that's when the girl told me in a snotty way they don't have those selections. Then I ordered 2 orders, andwhen they rang up the order, each item was a dollar more than advertised on the board on the wall. The young manager only saidthat they aren't that price anymore. Me and my Son went there tonight. The bread she gave my son was all crusty, flaky and dry. I asked for a new loaf?. The manager... lady or Queen B was like all our bread here is the same?? The lady that's built our sandwiches also works part time at another sandwich place as well and she really knows her stuff. She... was fast and efficient. Got us out the door with three steak teriyaki sandwiches. Footlongs. And drinks in nothing flat. Read more
Addison is a revolting excuse for a manager. When I told her my order was made wrong and also had so much sauce on it that the... wrap disintegrated, she said "well I didn't make the sandwich but it's hard to make sandwiches correctly when we're sobusy"... Subway - being busy is not a good reason for my food to be wrong and for that to be the managers response isridiculous. I paid $18 to have a $9 sandwich doordash delivered and it was not edible. I ordered two sandwiches online. the first one was correct, the second one was completely wrong and the bread was very soggy. I... called. i was very friendly with them at first just asking what can i do being it was an online order and i couldn?t come in, asi work in a nursing home and only get a short break.. She told me that the owner made a rule stating that you can not berefunded or sent a new sandwich, if they don?t have the sandwich back! i used to work at subway and have never heard of thisrule, she was not nice about. Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl has a good Amount of chicken on it. It's worth the money.
Tried to come in at 8:40PM which I know that they close at 9 by looking it up so I tried to hurry so it wasn't too late, only to... be told that they're closing up and would not help, even though the open sign was on and the doors were still open. If you'regonna deny service, at least have the decency to shut everything down so people don't get hopeful and then disappointed.
