The order is usually wrong and you are missing items. If you go in the evenings there is always a wait time and since they are... short staffed it could be up to 20 minutes before you can even order. Food is sometimes not fresh and even cold. Read more

Ordered Deluxe Quarter Pounder and Deluxe crispy chicken, No tomatos on either, nobody said they weren't properly dressing... they're overpriced sandwiches. Bun on Quarter Pounder was almost crunchy it had obviously laid on a counter for hours, but theydidn't short me items like two out of three last visits.... I'm done hoping for basic decent service and food, they'reapparently no longer care. Read more
Service is mediocre at best. Last time we went they lost half our order. Argued with us to the point we had to go into the store... and show our bank transaction becuase they didn't give us a receipt with our order. They gave us our drinks with our value menuorders but didn't give us our food. This is what we had to argue about. Cleary you know we ordered it because you gave us thedrink parts! Then after sorting everything out the burgers they gave us were disgusting. Like eating ketchup sandwiches andthese were the burgers they remade for us since they did eventually find our original order, which was cold and old by thispoint. Now, I understand new staff and messing up orders, but for the shift supervisor to argue with us like we are trying tosteal food was ridiculous. Read more
I never go out to eat but was craving the famous McDonald?s chicken nuggets. My husband ordered a Big Mac and we got some fries... to share. After driving home, we noticed there were no meat patties on the Big Mac and the fries were old and stale. My husbandcalled this fine establishment to let them know about the accident and they told my husband he was lying and refused to give usa refund? Really? How unprofessional and rude.
