I am writing on behalf of my father and my self. The reason of my writing is because unfortunately my father and I had the worst... experience around 7 pm on Sunday Nov 13, 2022. We went through drive through the person sounded like he was already having a badday and was giving attitude. We pull up and out of the three orders he messed one up it was just a small coffee with extra creamand sugar. I asked politely if he could change bc he added peppermint at first he argued and then finally took the drink andchanged it. After tasting it we noticed the coffee tasted burnt and had no sugar and little cream even though I stated extraextra cream and sugar. We went in to the store to ask a refund he didn?t want to and insisted I?m changing the order instead atthis point we weren?t pleased with the service and all we wanted was a refund on the small coffee. As we were waiting my dad puthis had in the counter which was so dirty and sticky he asked the young man if he could clean it , keep in mind we?ve beenwaiting for 15 minutes waiting for a refund he didn?t want to do. He then said ? we clean it when we want to whenever we wantto? my father said ?excuse me?? The boy continued to argue my dad asked for manager which wasn?t there. As we?re walking out thedoor the boy boy continued arguing and was initiating violence saying ?you can try to fight me but I?m a minor?. We never hadthe intention on violence. My dad has served the air force for 25 years, walked in with a Veterans hat, a trachea , and a canebecause he just had a knee replacement. My dad loves Dunkin? Donuts and has been going for years. The boy had all his friends inthe restaurant as he?s so called ?working?. This is so sad it makes my stomach hurt watching my dad go through this experience.I am hoping I hear back from you all, my father deserves an apology. The address to The Dunkin? I stop by quite occasionally to get a Large Iced Latte in the mornings. Last week I order two snackin' bacons, 2 donuts and my... usual latte. Thankfully the cockroach in my bag of bacon crawled out right before I was about to eat it. I was already at workand it was too late to go back, so I sent an email on the contact us form for Dunkin. Got a call shortly after from Nikki toassure me that they sent pest control immediately and I could go back to the store for a refund. I went back twice the next day,no one knew what I was talking about or could process a refund. I have reached out 4 times with no luck. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED INDUNKIN DONUTS and the cockroach I was served for breakfast. Read more
