The hours on the door says it\'s open at 5 and closes at 9 I went there at 5 and they said to come back in about an hour I came... back at 630 and they were still closed I heard that they have good food but I wouldn\'t know I\'m going to try it again in thefuture but I\'m really leary about it maybe when I go another day it will be open I\'m not real optimistic I hope they fix theirstaffing problem because I would like to get my food locally Read more

For us it is about 3 things. Atmosphere, Service & Food. All 3 get 5 Stars. We had the Rib Eye Steaks. Also a Shrimp Appitizer... & Wine. Three of us had a great dinner there last night. The Rack of Lamb, Beef Wellington and Venison were all excellent. I\'ve lived... in Grass Valley for 20 years and have been to every restaurant there was and is in GV and NC and I rank Alexander\'s Station inthe Top 5. The ambiance, setting, attentive and professional staff are all top notch. One of he owners visited us toward theend of our meal to check on us.
