Two online orders in a row in the evening, we have had orders not done at all or even remotely care. It's sad as we know someone... that works during day hours that always takes pride in making sure things are done right. My daughter worked here for 3 days. In that time she didn't get her paperwork or trained by a manager. Also she has been waiting... over a month for a check. She said this place was gross had a rat in the chip box and kids clean it at night. No manager on dutyafter 4. Freezer was broken so meat was also warm and still served. Read more

Greeted by the sight of frozen lettuce and veggies. The entire side of the lettuce container was frosted, brown, wilted lettuce.... Whether it's a broken cooler or not, you can adjust procedures to reduce this. A couple of trays in the bottom, swapping thelettuce out more often, lining the container with saran, or making sure it's not as wet. Maybe the problem is this was leftovernight and covered. I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich at lunch today, there was only 1 person working, there was only 1 person in there when I got... there and 10 when I left. I will never go back, what a waste of time on my lunch break. The worker was making 10 subs for anonline order at 11:30. I feel like this subway is trending down. We get subway frequently when visiting the in-laws but it seems that the last few... times they've messed up our orders. This time they added olives on a sandwich. And a lot of them. There was more olives thanmeat. Check your orders Read more
