There was no bacon ???? on my bacon guda sandwich this morning and I paid full price. I would have turned around, but would have... been late to work. The staff is very friendly, the coffee of course is pricey but if anyone is going to Starbucks in 2022 and doesn?t know that... then they are completely retarded, I think the espresso shots taste better then Dunkin. Read more
This is one of my favorite Starbucks! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They always ask how my day is going or how I am... doing. Most of the staff with the exception of a small few are very nice. Today I went to the drive-up for a venti iced green tea... sweetened and for the 2nd time, I took a sip and it tasted like soap. I feel the shaker cup they use doesnt get rinsedthroughly. I didnt bother going back and threw the drink out because the first time I went in and kindly asked for a new greeniced tea, I was mocked by several employees who got so offended that I felt the drink tasted soapy. You literally can smell thesoap when you take the lid off. But after them making me feel that I was talking crazy, I just didnt bother this time. Read more
Just another in a chain of overpriced, over rated coffee and treat establishments that are trying to monopolize the country.... Coffee is average, staff is average and price is ridiculous. Always over crowded, long waits and order mistakes. About the onlything this store is good for is creating unneeded extra traffic in an already over congested area. Read more
I was gifted a gift card, so I ordered 4 drinks to go today. One of them was wrong. I got home and realized. I went back within... 20 minutes and they charged me for the new drink. Another reason I don't like Starbucks. Read more
