Ordered through Uber Eats and this place forgot an entire breakfast wrap. I called the store to see if they could somehow fix... this, since my wife didn't have her breakfast now. All they did was say "sorry, call Uber Eats. Maybe they'll fix it" and that'sit. Last time I checked, Uber Eats doesn't cook and prepare the order. For the food we did receive, nothing special. Do notrecommend this place as there are much better options around. Maybe if this place valued their customers they would have abetter rating. Read more
AWESOME! Bagels/Deli. There is a line for a reason. This place has great bagels. We are visiting from California. This is where... we go for bagels and bagel sandwiches the NY way. I get the lox sandwich, cucumber side salad, pickel and coffee. Read more

Great place to grab a dozen bagels and schmear. Bagels have well-boiled outside and very soft, fluffy inside. I have other... favorite bagels in the area, but this is a solid choice when the location is more convenient. Read more
Placed an order over the phone with someone who has no customer service skills. Went to the store then be told to stand back in... line by a rude man as I went to the designated area where other pick up orders were being picked up. The Stony Brook location iscleaner, more organized and respectful to their customers. Will never come back to this establishment again. Read more
Bagel cafe is hit or miss, it all depends on who is serving you and if they?re having a bad day. Unfortunately i?ve had multiple... incorrect orders and i don?t realize it till i get all the way home. if you order a toasted bagel with light butter they decideto put their own twist on it!I feel like the simple mistakes could all be avoided if they payed attention and wrote down theorder. Also notice how each time i get a different server my total is always a different amount on my order even though i alwaysget the same thing. This place could use a little bit of re-training because the employees are always too busy chatting witheach other talking over food that they are prepping to get the order right.
