I wouldn't be making this review had it not been for the last similar experience leading up to this one. UNRELIABLE pick... up/take out service at this Subway. Whether you want to pick up through a third party app (which is what I did last time) or theSubway app (this time), you are going to end up waiting for your food to be made when you arrive and ask for your pickup order.There was 1 person taking their order and 1 person in line, but I had placed my order 20 minutes before entering. Noexcuse! I'm sorry... but everywhere else, at least in a 100-mile radius around this area, has your food ready to go. I even hadthe Subway app updating me about how my food is being prepared and how it's ready. The one guy who works there is lazy andshouldn't be running a whole Subway by himself if he can't handle orders in the establishment along with pickup orders. What ifI was to end up running late for something important because of this? Please don't consider this Subway. And I asked for 3chocolate chip cookies through the Subway app and they weren't available when I arrived. You can tell the one employee does notcare at all about online orders because normally if something isn't available it would be crossed off or erased off the onlinemenu. Nope! Read more
First off the worker was extremely pleasant! What bothered me, was she, had NO MASK ON MAKING MINE AND EVERYONES SUBS! COVID-19... SAFETY! regardless if your Vaccinated you can still get it and spread it!! Plus was 8th in line just one person working there Iwas the only one wearing a mask! Not ok! Terrible. Had to walk out. Not sure if the "sandwich specialist" was having a bad day, but he ignored me. Anyways, it pretty... much sums up why this is a failing franchise. One star because the bread did smell good. Read more
I wanted to give a shout out to Rashad. He is kind, calm, and patient under pressure. I came in to pick up a mobile order during... a rush around 12:30 and he was the only person working. I can only imagine how stressful that must be. Hopefully he isrecognized for his hard work! Read more
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The lady with dreads and long pink nails behind the counter was a extremely... disrespectful. She either was having a really bad day or she hates her job. I went inside to order 4 sandwiches, but walked outwith 0. She needs to get her act together or get fired asap. Read more
Cleanest Subway I've ever been in and nicest, most personable staff I've ever met in Subway history. It was a pleasure working... with Patricia and Brian (though the receipt says Joe, but the nice man said Brian). I saw some customers who were clearlyregulars because the staff knew their names and even what they usually order. Extremely nice and great with the kids who cameinto the restaurant. My meal was great, I don't think I've ever had a tastier sub with Subway before. All around amazingexperience and their smiles and fun loving personality literally brightened up my day. Read more
