It?s truly a miracle that this place hasn?t gone out of business yet. Doesn?t matter if you go inside to sit down or go through... the drive thru. It will take legitimately 30 minutes before you?ll be able to order your food. There is no sense of urgency andthe staff moves at a snails pace. They do not care either; it?s a culture at this location. Very sad to see as a Native Texan.Whenever the new one opens further down Atlantic I will never come to this location ever again. We were really disappointed with the food we received. It was not consistent with the quality expected of Whataburger. After... waiting a significant amount of time in the drive through we received our food, checked to make sure we weren?t missinganything, and drove less than one mile home. We got home to discover that our food was room temperature. During a time when thevalue of money is declining and treating oneself to fast food is a luxury, it is extremely disappointing to have wasted ourmoney. I also want to point out that the quality of food is not a reflection of the employees but its management and corporate?sdecisions to cut corners to save money that never trickles down to store employees.
