Black mold on vents and cardboard ceiling repair. Zero sense of urgency. Food was actually good though. I have mixed emotions.

There is bad and then there is this. We went through the drive through to order food. The employee was nice enough but she was... having an active personal cell phone conversation through the entire order and payment process about the size of her babies.Then she requested that we pull up to the front door and she would bring the order out -even though no other cars were in thedrive through. We pulled to the front slightly confused by the request and waited and no one ever came out (nor did a single carcome through the drive through) and so my husband went in to retrieve the food that was just sitting on the counter and theemployees just stared at him. He finally goes to eat the food and it has hairs in it. They also wouldn?t take a credit card andwere cash only. It is also dirty. Why couldn?t we wait in the empty drive through? I waited about 30 minutes for a pickup and the staff were all unprofessional. They were using profanity as I walked in. And as... if this could not get anymore worse, the skinny female who is pregnant caught an attitude because I didn't acknowledge her as Iwas leaving. She expected me to say thank you and smile when they took thirty minutes for an order an forgot the drinks. I amnot sure what she thinks customer service is.
