I had this at a Rodeo in Mona, UT and my god it was amazing. We got then bigger plate with the brisket and shredded chicken. The... highest mark has to go to the brisket. It is absolutely juicy and moist and delicious. The shredded chicken is amazing also andthe coleslaw is the best I have ever had. We had the potato salad but i unfortunately wasn?t able to eat it because I was superfull from the delicious meats. The price is expected for a food truck but it?s definitely worth it. The food was good, and since I work for a company that feeds the team twice a month and I?m in charge of ordering each time I... was excited to learn that they cater! That is until I checked my bank account and found that they over charged me by $4.00! Theydidn?t offer a receipt and since they weren?t very friendly I didn?t ask for one, so I can?t prove this to my bank, but for fourdollars they lost a catering opportunity and a higher star rating on the food! That?s very unfortunate! Regardless of howunfriendly they are, make sure you get a receipt! At four dollars a customer times number of customers per day, they can reallymake bank! I guess they don?t trust their service and food to bring you back! Why else would you cheat customers? Read more

What an amazing luncheon we had! The food was exceptional! We had so many compliments and friends asking who catered. There was... so much of a variety and flavors people kept going back for more. The food is amazing! The food alone should be enough to get the 5- Star rating. And in addition to the top-notch food, Ryan was... professional, punctual, and flexible! We had some scheduling conflicts on our end and Ryan was very understanding. He adjustedhis schedule to match ours! He also accommodated a last minute request to individually box up the food.
