Line up of 6 plus cars is moving quite well ???? in the drive through, it's my 1st time here there's a huge hiring sign order... process was a bit painful having to repeat myself for 3 did items but that could just be a noise problem in or outside.:) Hash browns are crunchy and not hot easy to eat right away. BLT was yummy Original lemonade is sweet New red eye iced cap isdelicious ???? I asked for 10 pack ONLY chocolate Tim bits and they gave me mixed. :( I even repeated myself. I am relatively new to Tim Hortons but usually enjoy it, however, today I was treated very badly by a staff member here. It was... the first time I?ve ordered breakfast but after I had to repeat my order 3 times to the staff member they had trouble logging iton the system then they asked me which bagel I wanted and I asked what the options were but they just kept yelling angrily atme, ?WHICH BAGEL DO YOU WANT?!!!?. I?m sorry it?s my first time and I didn?t know what bagels they had and I would expect astaff member to know or find out what options they have and to politely and helpfully let me know or point to where I couldchoose one. I didn?t do anything wrong and I don?t deserve to be yelled at as I start my day just because they are havingtrouble taking my order - what kind of customer service is that? I am not mad if they needed more time but don?t yell at thecustomer for no reason that was too much! Staff should not take out their own issues on the customers. Definitely need to workon this! The absolute worse staff at tim hortons I've ever encountered. They are rude, one even told me "don't have a nice day." They... speak in their language in front of customers and you know damn well they aren't saying nice things. RUDE! I only come herebecause it's next to my house unfortunately! Read more

Staff argues not professional. I ordered 2 wraps and they put in 3 ..no big deal right, before the order was finalized, the... cash was still in her hand order on screen not completed and she trys to tell me she is not able too take off the extra andcharge me an extra $5 for something I never wanted. After back and forth for way to long she was all of a sudden able to getit off within seconds ??????? super unprofessional. Thats not to mention she argued with me about the store NEVER having oatmilkwhen yesterday I got an oatmilk latte for my partner..... I've worked fast food/customer service and don't treat workers bad,and know the struggles...no reason for them to argue over a small mistake. Read more

Slow service, reduced products, example: they don?t have chamomile tea because ?it?s optional?! This was the explanation I got!... At random times they just close the shop (except drive through), no explanation, no sign outside to warn customers, just alocked door! Some employees are downright rude. I am very displeased with this coffee shop. Never going to visit again. Read more
I?m so sorry about the way Tim Hortons have become the last five years.They are not clean and the coffee and the food are not... fresh anymore; the waiting time is terrible even when is early in the morning. The muffins and doughnut shelves are alwaysalmost empty. I hope these reviews can help to improve their service. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple. Read more
