This is easily the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Despite having two drive through windows, only one is operational at a... time. This morning I sat in line for over 20 minutes with 6 vehicles ahead. This is definitely my last visit. Read more

Unfortunately this is the closest Tim?s to my house. But wow, the service is horrendous. The food isn?t good and everything... always comes made incorrectly. Don?t plan on ever spending less than 20 minutes in the drive through even if there are no peoplein it. The drive through attendants are extremely rude. One time they literally threw the muffin I ordered into my car. Theirpayment system is bizarre, my point card never scans for some reason, but only at this location. Just avoid it all together. I hate writing negative reviews.. but I work across from this location and have gone almost daily.. However today I?ve decided... this is my last visit. I will never go back to this location even though it?s very convenient. No matter what time of day you goyou?re going to be waiting 20 min in the drive thru lane no matter how many cars there are infront of you. Also multiple timesthey?ve given me a bagel toasted with butter when I?ve asked for cream cheese, only realizing once I?ve gone back to work. Notworth going back over to complain.. just will never be going to this Tim?s location again. It?s always the same here at any timeof day. The other one on strandherd is much better, and 5 min down the road. It?s not a surprise that they?re never as busy asother locations.. just look at all the other similar reviews.. Read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Unfortunately I moved and this is the closest to me. I try to avoid it at all... cost. There are so slow and on top of that get my order wrong 90% of the time. The employees at the drive thru are rude and haveconstant attitude. I hope things change! The manager is nice she tries her best but she can?t run the show on her own, the wholestaff have to go or move faster! Read more

All I can say is they have the worst service of any tim Hortons I have ever been too. When you order they have this attitude... like "argh fine I guess I'll do my job" never get a thank you or a good morning or anything. I was here at 5:00am I get that'searly but she practically threw my bag at me and practically ripped the machine from my hand when I was paying. Read more

I was in on Saturday morning and let me start by saying the staff completely ruined my day. The cashier made a mistake with my... order and the staff there did a terrible job handling the situation. One employee which I assume is part of management (a tallerIndian lady) was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to do anything about the situation. When I asked who the managerwas she ignored me and I asked her for her name and she also refused to provide it. Clearly she knew she was in the wrong. Nevergoing to this location again. The worst service I have received and I refuse to give them any of my money. To the owner: Iwouldn?t have people like that interact with customers. This is the best way to lose paying customers. Not someone to leave reviews. Definitely not in for negative ones. But had to do this after no improvement in food quality or... service times in the last two years. I have complained over a dozen times to staff and people who identified them as supervisorsand managers. Not a coffee person but end up going here 2-3 times a week. You can get here the worst coffee in Barrhaven. TheirFrench Vanilla is basically wired hot water 9 out of 10 times. Bagles, donuts, muffins are okay and other Tim's in Barrhavenfeel better. Walk ins are made to wait over 10 minutes person to take an order when there's absolutely no rush and with just 1-3cars in drive through. They serve like 6-10 cars between attending one walk-in. Basically, avoid if you can. And hope thefranchise owner and Tim's Corporate can make this better. Read more

This location was once decent, but lately it is nothing but embarrassing. 2 days in a row I've ordered a bagel. 1st day, my... everything bagel photo can tell you the story on its own. Today, the rude lady at drive thru told me they had no everythingbagels, only plain. I said okay. Get to the window to pay and was handed a drink and no bagel, so I sat and waited. He asked mewhat's up, I said waiting for a bagel, when I then heard the lady taking orders say that I told her no.. so I paid and waited,got my food and drove to my jobsite and they put the wrong cream cheese and couldn't even cut it. I'd be embarrassed to servefood like this, but somehow they still have enough pride to hand it out the window, probably because they're not the ones eatingit.
