Rude to clients. Absolutely rude. The manager is the absolute rudest woman I have ever spoken to. She is beligerent and doesn't... give 2 craps about the customers. Talks to us like we're idiots, or beneath her. Never giving this place my business again. Read more

Luke was awesome. However, there are signs everywhere advertising the chicken habanero wrap and bowl, but when ordered they just... tell you they can't make them. Something about not having rice. I've been told this same thing every time I've tried to orderthe item, no matter what day or what time of day. If you can't make the item, why is it on your menu??? Read more

So disrespectful of clients. They have signs everywhere of the new habanero chicken wraps and bowls, but I went there at 10:55... and they say they don't have them until 11. So I wait. At 11:05 I come back and they say the rice is not ready and they have noidea when will it be ready. No shame at all. They could have told me that at 10:55 and they should remove the signs if they arenot offering the product. Total lack of empathy. Read more
Easily the worst store in Ottawa. Takes about 15 minutes for them to make a single sandwich and half the menu they have... displayed, they don?t actually have those items in store. Why would you guys post a menu and then have only offer half the itemsat this store? Buddy said the menu wasn?t made for you guys?
