one point is even too much, I placed an order on the electronic Kiosk inside the shop, after i paid, I didn't get an order... number, neither the proof of payment. the manager denied that she received my order, the head office of Tim got all of myprivate information and they said they can't do any thing and the manger must solve it and refund my money. At the end, I didn'tget my order neither my money. be aware of inferior electronic kiosk payment and the manager who does not want to take anyresponsibilities. Read more
There is a lady I assume the manager who is brutal with her staff. I was served today and what looked like a new member was lost... on what to do and instead of helping him out she made him look stupid. I understand it the weekend and timmies gets super busyand especially in the mall when I went it was busy. but that doesn't excuse her behaviour they're serving donuts and coffee notin the military. Horrible customer service and incompetent employee to say the least. Ordered french vanilla with 1/2 coffee through the app. Got... only french vanilla.fine I get it, not their fault maybe just a glitch with the app. Asked the employee to just pour a littlecoffee into my cup to which he said "I wouldn't do that". Like ? Seriously? Excuse you ?! I already paid for the french vanillawhich is the more expensive drink, coffee is like half the price ??!?! This has got to be the weirdest, most unpleasant and cheapest thing I've ever seen in a Tim! The associate wanted to charge me... for a cup of water! Seriously? The water was actually "free" but the cup was not (?!?) I've asked for water hundreds of timesand never have I ever had this response! If this is a "new" Tim policy, then it's Cheap and Dumb! DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM THIS TIM HORTONS! First off I work in this mall so I frequent the food court and have attempted to eat here... a few times. Twice I have had allergic reactions due to cross contamination (which is a risk I take at all Tims and have neverhad a problem with before). The counters are always messy and I have seen food on the floor. Lastly on my last visit I watched ateam member take and count cash and then prepare food without gloves and without washing their hands. This place is a healthhazard. If I can give it 0 stars I would. Went there on the 23rd of April and man as it ever bad. Waited in line for 15 minutes and once... at the cash I place my order and they are out of wedges and it would be almost another 30 minutes wait. So I asked for themanager. She came out from the back had a big attitude towards me because she saw I know how fast food joints really work. Shesaid you wait or leave. So I left.
