My husband and I were both very disappointed with the food we consumed tonight. 32$ for two Pad Thai dishes that tasted burnt... and way too salty. In addition, the noodles were drenched in sauce and there was absolutely no flavor. Super annoyed for havingchosen this option tonight. Update: what a mindless response!! I have provided sufficient detail here and I've already notified head office! At least... pretend to read the feedback! Original review: Be warned if you're getting a late takeout -- the food may be terrible, and itmay be too late for you to complain! (I suspect that the operator regularly saves spoiled or burned food until late in day, forpeople that order takeout, so they can't complain in person.) I've ordered takeout from this location only two times in fiveyears, and both have had a terrible burned flavour! I'm surprised the Thai Express chain still allows this poorly operatedfranchise to continue conning people into thinking they are ordering from a reputable restaurant! The quality doesn't compareto any of the other local Thai Express restaurants. How the servers could think to serve food with a very strong burned tasteand smell -- twice to the same family -- has me flabbergasted! I'm surprised that headquarters and operators of other locallocations haven't taken steps to improve this location's quality, since it is obviously giving the chain a poor image.
