First of all I love Starbucks! I love getting a Venti, black dark roast. My daughter is a resident at Algonquin College so I... have frequented this store a few times. . IF I stop at this store again, I will taste the coffee before I leave. Twice now, mydark roast has tasted horrible and was lukewarm. Very disappointing! And to top it off. I just reviewed my order from this storeand I ordered a Talle Nitro Hazelnut Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cream and I received a Talle but I see I was charged for aGrande. So rather than "IF" I return to this store, unless I am reimbursed some how, HARD "NO" on returning here. And as I lookat other negative reviews from this store I have to say to future customers, "BE AWARE". Read more

Stopped by in early December and while campus was quiet and there was no lineup here compared to the Starbucks at College... Square, they still somehow messed up my drink. This location does not accept mobile orders either. Read more
Not a big coffee guy but with midterms on the go I stopped in today. The service was very kind and polite and my drink order was... very well done. Being a Saturday it was fairly slow but rather than stand around the employees were cleaning and organizingwhich is a good sight to see in any business. Since it wasn’t too busy I even had the chance make some friendly conversationwith the baristas while I waited for my drink to be ready which I greatly appreciated amidst a long day of studying andmidterms. We're regulars because of the usually reliable good coffee and the convenience of their order-ahead system and points rewards.... But I have to say that on the downside, we had the most bitter coffee of all-time just before Christmas. We take espresso blackso there's no hiding a bad batch of beans. Read more
The people there are super friendly and the place had a lovely atmosphere with great customer support, getting in and out has... never been so welcoming! definitely a step up from other coffee shops. Overall: Starbucks was an great experience and I willdefinitely be back for more! Read more
I’m giving 5 stars, the service is always amazing, fast and efficient. Also making a comment about one staff member there, her... other co-worker quit on the spot and left her and she held it together so well. She was great at multitasking by taking ordersas well as making everyone’s drinks at a busy time and continuing to give service with a smile. You have a great employee. Read more
A really good place to grab a quick coffee. The cafe is located right at the entrance to the Robert C. Gillett Student Commons... building. It has a very spacious and sunny seating area. The coffee is good and staff is friendly. Read more
