I truly don?t understand how this Starbucks drivethru is the WORST and SLOWEST drivethru I have ever encountered. The average... wait time is at LEAST 30 minutes. Not only that but some of the male staff aren?t friendly. I understand sometimes places getbusy and it takes a while but this drivethru is always ages slow. If you?re in a rush or don?t have 30 minutes to spare, go toanother location. Read more

The staff are incredibly friendly and the product is always good. The problem is that there is always a tremendous wait time... because they are always understaffed. The owner needs to increase wages/hire more staff to make this better. It?s 100% amanagement problem. Read more
