I ordered chicken shawarma sandwich and falafel shawarma sandwich. Chicken was extremely dry, I literally had to wash it down... with soda. Falafel sandwich was salty to the point where it's right inedible. Had to throw the entire sandwich away after firstbite. Literally the worst shawarma sandwich. Read more
The potatoes were undercooked, I asked the lady why and she said most people don't like overcooked potatoes. Needless to say... they did not have the crispyness you would expect from Shawarma. Since I asked for potatoes instead of rice, the lady filledhalf my plate with salad, and put the chicken on top of the salad so that the dressing got mixed into the chicken. The chickenportion was underwhelming. I think I left hungrier than I walked in. I would say not to eat here but something tells me veryfew people already do and the owner is cutting costs as a result. Read more

Best shawarma we taste!! We just moved to Ottawa and princess shawarma is relatively close to our house. We tried a lot of... shawarma but this shawarma is really good.
