Waiting a long time in line unfortunately, the two girls working were extremely distracted by each other so there was absolutely... no efficiency with handling a long line. They were also drinking drinks in front of customers. Both were slow as molasses.Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Still waiting in line as I type this. Read more

All the staff are lovely and friendly. I go here nearly every day to get a drink and sometimes some fries. Food is always quick... and delicious. Read more

Food is fine, I have no qualms with that, it's the staff. I went previously, the girl was ON her phone in the middle of making... food, then went to touch the food. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands, and with her hands still on the box she rollsher eyes and goes "yeah" with teenage snark. Then she complains to her worker about it. I just came a second time. Same girl.No smile, no customer service, just dead stare at me, I order one item, she just stares! Doesn't ask if I want anything else!She has black floors hair in a ponytail. Then a guy was working too, I watch him wipe the sweat off his forehead with his hand,wipe it on his apron, then proceed to work. These kids need to learn hygiene and sanitary work. Not even just because of covid,but that's just plain disgusting. I won't be coming back until they learn to work with food (pretty sure they need their FoodHandlers, doubt they do) and how to deal with customers. Don't care if it's "fast food" and blah blah blah. It'd food. Theyneed to learn to wash their hands and smile. They're providing a service, they should do it properly or get a job at a callcenter and be rude there. I loveeeee this place. I eat there at least ones a month. The poutine is the best. The portion is good, it is fast and the combo... is a good deal. Definitely is one of my favorite place to eat. I want to try the other fries but i can not stop eating theirpoutine ???? Read more
