It would be nice if I didn't have to return everytime because part of an order didn't make it into the bag! Anyone craving fried... chicken would be satisfied sooner if they caught killed and plucked their own. Terrible experience ordering from this KFC Location. Order confirmation email confirmed arrival time for 4:55pm when I place... order at 4:15pm today (Thurs, OCT. 27th/22) Nothing has been delivered yet. It's 40mins late! Called the location directly Iordered from like 10 to 15 times and no-one picks up still. Ended up canceling order because this is ridiculous! You would thinksomeone or the driver would of contacted me personally via on my number or email I put down on order and still nothing yet..NEVER ORDER FROM HERE GUYS!! Read more
Got take out for supper. Came home and the corn was still frozen with the spices in a pile right on top frozen. Chicken was... clearly triple deep fried, it was sooo dry????. I don't know what it is lately but no one wants to do their jobs properly. First, none of the staff were in uniforms, music was bumping like I was walking into a bar. In my opinion, this restaurant has absolutely no redeeming qualities? We stopped getting KFC years ago, after consistently... getting chicken that is just soaked and dripping with grease/oil. Went yesterday, decided to see if had improved, and ifanything things are worse. Location: Extremely run down and dirty. This location has been here forever, and is in desperateneed of some work. Things just look worn out and run down. It is also dirty?the customer area out front was dirty floors withtrash discarded all around. Was not busy at all (I was only customer there) so not a case of their not having had time to sweepup. Food: chicken sandwich was completely bland. Chicken was soggy with the oil or grease or something, fries were cold andsoggy. Even the gravy seemed watered down and thin. My verdict: We gave it a chance after not having gone for years. Yesterday I ordered from this location shortly after typical dinner time. The chicken was so unbearably greasy to the point... where the bucket was a soggy dripping mess. And the fries were so cold and soggy that they would turn into mush fromindividually picking them up with my fingers. This is my absolutely worst fast food experience. I placed my order online for pickup in the store and arrived 3 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. The cashier was... serving a customer when I walked in and she went to the back after finalizing his order before serving me. I waited 12 minutesbefore she came back and I could see my pick up bag with my name on it waiting on the counter the entire time. When I got homethe chicken was essentially waterlogged with grease and the chicken was very dark in colour, indicating that the oil is old andneeds to be changed. The quality of the food is horrible. The facilty itself seems clean but the staff uniforms are dirty Haven?t been to that... location in afew years and the service and quality has gone beyond down hill No receipt was given so I can?t go back tocomplain because they say I need the receipt Today is the 24th They gave me two salads. One has a 24 written on the lid. Theother has a 26 So they gave me salads that expire today!! The chicken smells horrible. It tastes sour and isn?t the KFC Iremember. This is the most dirty KFC I have been to, floors looked like it was never cleaned. Worker insider was cooking without hairnet... and beard net. Its very poorly managed. I would recommend all to avoid this branch. Read more
