I ordered 2 pizzas and a bread side and a dip. They sent the 2 pizzas without the bread and dip. I called the store and they... said they would deliver the rest in 10 minutes. They showed up 20 minutes later with the bread without the dipping sauce. ThenI called for the second time and they told me that they'll give me two dipping sauces if I call in to order next time. I won'tbe calling or ordering from Domino's ever again. This is not the first time they have sent incomplete orders. Now I know neverto do business with Dominos again. Read more
Best takeout pizza in Barrhaven
First and last time ordering from here. We ordered takeout in the store and were told it would be ready in 12-15 minutes, no... problem, we will wait in the car. They seemed busy so we waited about 20 minutes. I went back inside and the cashier startedwalking around the kitchen looking for my order and repeatedly saying my name to all the cooks. They all looked confused. Shethen told me my order had been canceled in their system even though I paid cash. Food is consistently undercooked to the point of a food safety concern. Will be reporting to public health - I live less than a... 5 minute drive away. Yet once the food is marked "out for delivery" it takes minimum 40 minutes. I submitted a complaintdirectly to dominos over a week ago with no response. Dominos clearly does not care anymore. Here is the story of the worst customer service I have ever saw: I ordered 2 pizzas previous time and when I picked it up, I saw... they messed up and those were not my orders, I was in hurry and couldn't wait for them to make my pizzas again, so the managertold me" for taking care of our mess, we offer you 50% off for next order." Tonight I call them for ordering some pizza andmentioned that I had this 50% from previous time but they broke their promise and never gave me this 50% off.
